Calling All Techies! Technical applications for students currently in Grade 9 through age 21 (Stage Manager must be at least 18) are available now. Click on button and complete your application:
Lead Roles Available:
- Stage Manager: Responsible for calling the show, and managing tech week rehearsals.
- Lighting Designer/Board Operator: Responsible for designing the lighting, rigging and focusing the lights, setting the cues, and running the board during tech week and the show.
- Sound Designer/Board Operator: Responsible for creating or sourcing the sound cues and sound effects, assisting with sound installation, and operating the sound board during tech rehearsals and shows.
- Costume Designer: Responsible for designing, sourcing and fitting the costumes.
- Social Media/Publicity Coordinator: Responsible for getting the message out about the show on social media, working in coordination with Un-Common and MRPAC publicity leads.
Assistant Roles Available:
- Set Build Helper: Help construct, paint and assemble the sets.
- Costume Crew: Assist the costume designer.
- Props Crew: Assist in sourcing and creating the props.
- Run Crew: Assist with backstage set movement and coordination.
- Sound Assistant: Assist the sound board operator, and run all tracks and sound effects.
The production will take place July 16-19, 2026, with tech week running July 11-15, 2026.
